    At Khidma Plus, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible service and experience. We understand that plans can change, and you may need to cancel a service or order. This policy clearly outlines the conditions under which cancellations and related refunds will be accepted. For refund details after cancellation, please refer to our separate Refund Policy.

    1. Cancellation Policy

    1.1 Service Cancellations

    • Advance Notice To receive a full or partial refund (as per our Refund Policy), cancellations must be requested at least 24–48 hours before the scheduled service start time.
      • Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance: Full refund eligibility (subject to Refund Policy terms).
      • Cancellations made between 24–48 hours in advance: Partial refund may apply (e.g., 50–75%, depending on the service).
      • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service or same-day: No refund will be issued.
    • No-Shows Failure to attend or cancel a scheduled service (no-show) will result in a full charge for the service, with no refund eligibility.
    • How to Cancel Please notify us as soon as possible via email at mail@khidmaplus.com or through your account dashboard (if available). Include your booking/reference number and reason for cancellation.

    1.2 Product Order Cancellations (if applicable)

    • Pre-Shipment Cancellation You may cancel an order free of charge within 24 hours of placing it, provided the product has not yet entered the shipping process.
    • Post-Shipment Orders Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. In such cases, please follow our Return and Refund Policy (detailed in the separate Refund Policy section) to request a return and refund after receiving the item.
    • How to Cancel Contact us immediately at mail@khidmaplus.com with your order number. We will confirm whether cancellation is still possible and process accordingly.

    2. Changes to This Policy

    Khidma Plus reserves the right to update or modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will become effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on our website (khidmaplus.com). We strongly recommend reviewing this page periodically to stay informed about our current practices.
